Being in the beauty industry since 2004, Hailan was certified by the Beauty Insititute of BANSE, one of the most respected beauty institutions in Southeast Asia, training over 80,000 students since 2006. She is also a certified PhiBrows artist and PhiRemoval, PhiContour (eyeliner and Lips) and PhiLings. All services offered are backed by Certifications, Insurance, and Approval by Alberta Health Services.
Hailan founded HQ Beauty Care in 2012 and it has since become the one of best go-to place for many people's beauty care needs. With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Hailan has become a leader in beauty care with one of the highest-rated beauty salons in Alberta, with hundreds of 5-star testimonials. Hailan is a perfectionist and offers the best service possible to all clients.
Today, HQ Beauty Care offers Full Lash Services, Classic, Volume, Mega Volume Lash Lifting and Tinting, Lash training, Semi-Permanent Makeup for Brows, Phibrows. Master Permanent Makeup Artist and Lashes
Viktoriia, is an industry leading Master in Ukraine who started her journey in 2016 when she achieved the designation of Master Lash Technician. In 2018 she expanded her art by studying with Masters in the field of permanent makeup. She then opened her own studio and was ranked in the top 5 studios in Ukraine.
She has to her credit, the completion of over 30 training courses with top masters in Eastern Europe, and has conducted more than 65 individual and group courses in eyelash extensions, lash lifting and permanent makeup.
