Profile Creation

All clients that wish to book an appointment must do so online. We encourage our clients to follow the simple steps to create a profile to easily book  

Please note that if you are a new client or booking a new service, you will be required to make a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit can be applied to the appointment cost. This requirement is due to no shows or late cancellations. All follow up appointments, such as fills, touch ups etc will not require a deposit.  

Here are just some benefits of creating a profile.

  • Fill in your details only once and never again.

  • Import the appointment time into your own calendar

  • Change or cancel your appointment with ease.

  • Set up recurring appointments in advance.

  • Receive Appointment reminders.

  • View our schedule of availability now and in the future

  • The ability to take advantage of promo codes for product and services purchase discounts.

Cancellation

Please read this cancellation policy very carefully. Cancellations MUST be made within the required cut-off times listed below.

  • All New Lash Sets - Cancellation cut off 36 hours in advance

    • Penalty for not following policy is $50

  • All Lash Fills - 36 hours in advance

    • Penalty for not following policy is $35 charged to your next appointment

  • All Lash Lifting and Tinting - 36 hours in advance

    • Penalty for not following policy is $35 charged to your next appointment

  • All Permanent makeup appointments - 36 hours in advance 

    • Penalty for not following policy is $200 of service charge

  • All Skin Tightening appointments - 36 hours in advance

    • Penalty for not following policy is $100 of service charge

  • NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the appointment cost.

No Shows

No Shows are clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not cancel. For no-shows a 100% of the service appointment will be charged.

Appointment Deposits

If you are a first time client of HQ Beauty Care you MUST make the required deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

This request is only required for the first time if you are a new client. The deposit amount can be applied to your appointment total at time of payment. No deposit will be required for subsequent bookings however the cancellation policy terms will still remain in effect.

Medical Conditions

As both services are sensitive in nature HQ Beauty Care requests notification of any health concerns or medical issues that may affect the service. This would include, pregnancies, allergies, respiratory illness. Please notify us in advance of your appointment so that we can advise you on any precautions that may be necessary.
